If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract as a general rule. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, for example, by email sent to the address: sklep@womet.com.pl. Return the item to us immediately at the following address: ul. Gole 12, 87-840 Lubień Kujawski, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you withdrew from the contract. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins: for a contract in which we deliver the item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the moment you or a third person indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the item, for digital content - from the day of the contract. Sending a statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline. We will refund any payments you have made, including delivery costs in accordance with the regulations, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item back or you provide proof of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest. Remember that the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer, among others, in relation to a contract: in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individual needs, in which the subject of performance is a thing that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life, in which the subject of performance is a thing supplied in a sealed package that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the package has been opened after delivery, in which the subject of performance are audio or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery, in the case of the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a material medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after informing the consumer by the entrepreneur of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
